SOLUTION 1WASTEWATER TREATMENT, WW SERIES

Sewage treated where it is made.

VGW-BF BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT · 10 TO 600 CUBIC METERS A DAY

A proven, self-contained treatment plant for sanitary sewage, built on the Vertical Green Wall Bio-Filter method. It serves sources with no power and no sewer connection, and returns effluent that meets the Israeli standard for irrigation.

02THE TREATMENT PROCESS

From sewage to reclaimed water.

Multi-stage biological treatment: anaerobic digestion, an aerated bio-reactor and a vertical biological wall, finished with UV disinfection and metering.

  1. 01

    INTAKE

Raw sewage flows in from the septic tanks.

  2. 02

    GRAVITY SEPARATION

Primary breakdown and solids separation across three tanks.

  3. 03

    SEWAGE PUMP

    Controlled transfer into biological treatment.

  1. 04

    AIR-LIFT BIO-REACTOR

Anoxic and aerobic zones with air blowers.

  2. 05

    TUBE CLARIFIER

    Settling and secondary sludge separation.

  3. 06

    VGW-BF BIO WALL

A vertical wall with aerobic and algae activity.

  1. 07

    FILTER AND UV

    Disinfection with no chemicals.

  2. 08

    FLOW METER

Effluent output is measured and logged.

  3. 09

    REUSE

Water to standard, for controlled irrigation or infiltration.
